TELEPHONE AND THE INTERNET (BROAD-BAND/ADSL)

All rooms are equipped with a telephone connected via switch board to the telephone net. The tenants cover all costs of their phone calls. Calls between the rooms within the building are free.

WATER AND ELECTRICITY SUPPLY.

A monthly fee will be charged as a provision for water and electricity supply. The amount will be included in monthly rental fee bill.

OTHER SERVICES

Should there be a fault, defect or damage in the room a person in charge of maintenance should be contacted in administration office of the campus. The responsible person should repair the fault/damage as soon as possible. There is also the personnel responsible for cleaning of common areas.

BOOKING PROCEDURE.

1. BOOKING FORMALISATION

The application is considered formalised once all conditions below have been met:

1. Fill in correctly the application form.
2. To have paid the enrolment fee covering management expenses of the rent contract once the application has been fully confirmed.
3. To send by fax or mail the date of the application and the bank confirmation of the enrolment fee payment (if the documents are sent by fax we advise to call the company or the residence in order to assure that all documents has been received correctly and completely)

2. APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED AND WAITING LIST.

2.1 ADMISSION CRITERIA.

Places at the halls of residence will be assigned according to the date of the payment of the enrolment fee. The fact that an applicant already has brothers or sisters residing at the hall of residence will be taken in to account.

2.2 ADMITTED APPLICANTS

The booking application form has to be completed before signing up the Rent Contract.
If the payment of the deposit has not been realised and/or the contract and/or the regulations form has not been filled in and sent in the indicated time, the booking will be cancelled without the right to reimbursement enrolment fee.
The Inventory and general conditions document will be prepared and signed at arrival at the premises.

3.THE ROOMS ASSIGNATIONS AND DISTRIBUTIONS.

The rooms assignation will be realised by the responsible of the hall of residence. Old residents that have renewed their contract will have preference to choose the room depending on availability.
The management reserves the right to change the assigned room in case of unexpected necessity as long as the new room is the same quality that the previously occupied. If the assigned room is not the one chosen in the 1st Option and is renounced without any academic reason that justify the cancellation, the enrolment fee will be lost and not refundable.
In case a tenant chooses a double room or a single room with an aim to be used by 2 people, the tenant should provide the name of a person (and if they are new or old tenants of the hall of residence) with whom they would like to share the room.

We do our best to meet students’ requirements and needs but sometimes it might happen to be impossible to share the room with chosen persons. This fact will not be considered sufficient to claim the return of the money.

4. REIMBURSEMENT OF THE ENROLMENT FEE AND THE DEPOSIT

The enrolment fee and the deposit will be refunded in the following cases:

If CAMPUS PATRIMONIAL is not able to assign the room that has been applied for due to the fact that either the rooms are not available or it is impossible to offer the room that meets desired requirements marked in options in an application.
The enrolment fee and the deposit WILL NOT BE RETURNED if the assigned place is renounced. In case of having any academic reason, Campus Patrimonial should be advised as soon as possible in order to cancel the application. The company should be sent by fax a copy of the credible and certified document of the thereof and enrolment fee of the course 2004/2005 that justify cancellation.
Furthermore the deposit will not be refunded in accordance with all cases listed in the Rent Contract.

PERIODS OF REIMBURSEMENT.

Period of reimbursement will be effective from the 15 of October, provided in pre-application form had been put complete account number on which the transfer has to be made (except for the students non residents in Spain in which case the payment will be realised by cheque) should it be otherwise CAMPUS PATRIMONIAL is not obliged to execute the payment in the mentioned period.
