Campus Patrimonial was created in May 2000 with solid purpose of providing student accommodation in its Student Residencies in Spain, Portugal and all Europe. With the purpose of that the company cooperates - through agreements and alliances - with many managing agencies as well as university campuses with common high-quality standards.
Since its establishment, Campus Patrimonial has invested over 25 million Euro in construction and promotion its five Halls of residence in : Valencia, Malaga, Logroño, and two in Sevilla. All of them work efficiently and provide high standard service to thousand of students who have put their trust in us.
