This is a modern edifice situated on the University Campus in Prior Street corner with Luis de Ulloa Street.
A contemporary design, two-storey building providing 155 single rooms including 4 adapted to use by disabled students. All the rooms are equipped with furniture, kitchen with all amenities, telephone, Internet connection (WIFI), TV aerial, bathroom with a toilet, bath towels and bed sheets with blankets.
The Building has been designed following European trends and standards with a consideration given to the challenges of modern life, with the aim to meet all the needs of a present-day student. It seeks is to contribute to accommodation offer for students available nowadays in Logroņo offering a short as well as long term stay.
With the aim of adapting to student's needs there is an option to rent a single room with a single, two singles or a double bed.

In the building in common areas the students will find a RECREATION ROOM with TV, DVD, vending machines and comfortable furniture and newspapers provided daily, gym, computer room, common, recreation room for students and lecturers.
There are laundry facilities. The students can choose between hiring a cleaning service and renting the cleaning equipment. The laundry is equipped with: WASHING MACHINE, tumble dryer, iron and iron-board. .
