The Residence was officially opened on the 15th of September 2004.
It is located next to Campus Bormujos and has altogether 120 double and 59 single rooms all of which are fully equipped with: air conditioning/heating, furniture, fully equipped kitchen, telephone, broad-band Internet connection (ADSL), bathroom with toilet and towels, bed sheets and blankets and duvet.
