The Residence was officially opened on the 15th of September 2004. Its location on Pablo Olavide University Campus makes it a perfect place to live. It is conveniently communicated with city centre and provides 126 places in single and double rooms with some of them adapted to use by disabled students.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with heating, furniture, fully equipped kitchen, telephone, broad-band Internet connection (ADSL), bathroom with towels and bed sheets and blankets.
There is 24-hours security service provided on the campus.

The students have at their disposal laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron-board) which are provided in COMMON AREAS.
There is a RECREATION ROOM with TV, DVD, games and vending machines as well as daily newspapers provided for all residents.
